How You Think, inner words and visuals
This session helps you notice and edit the inner pictures and words that drive your feelings and behaviour. You can keep notes locally in your browser. If you are logged in and choose to save to your profile, your entries can be stored securely to your account.
Pre talk, the two levers
When you think, the mind uses words and pictures. Qualities like tone, volume, and speed for words, and distance, size, and brightness for pictures, create the feelings that follow. You may not choose the first thought, you can choose what you do with its words and pictures.
Map the old pattern
Your inner studio, edit picture and words
Each time the new picture arrives, let the helpful line arrive with it, then press thumb and finger together as you breathe out slowly.
Future rehearsal
Homework and export
Two minutes daily for seven days. Morning, rehearse one likely scene with edited picture and words, press the anchor on a long out breath, do the cue. Evening, record one moment you used it or could have used it, write the old line, the new line, and the cue you did.
